Individual Therapy Session: $190.00/50 minutes session.

Couple/Family Therapy Session: $200.00/ 50 minutes session.

Reduced Fees: We offer a reduced fees based on income and financial need to make our services more accessible. Contact us for details.

Extended Sessions, Workshops, Groups, Immigration Evaluations, Services for Legal Matters, etc: Please contact us about our rates.

Additional Information

Cancelation Policy: Kindly be aware that we uphold a firm cancellation/missed appointment policy. To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Requests for Special Documentation: Please note that we do not provide or submit paperwork or documentation for FMLA, Short Term Disability, Emotional Support Animals, or any other documentation related to monetary compensation, state or federal exceptions or permissions, or workplace benefits.

Steps for Using Out-Of-Network Benefits

Follow these steps if you wish to use your Out-Of-Network (OON) benefits.

1. Verification: Contact your insurance provider to confirm you have out-of-network mental health coverage, including reimbursement rates and any specific requirements.

 2. Session Payment: Pay for therapy sessions directly to the therapist at the time of service. Obtain an itemized receipt, which includes the therapist's information, session date, and services provided.

3. Claim Submission: Complete the insurance claim form provided by your insurance company. Attach the therapist's receipt and any required documentation.

4. Submission Method: Submit the completed claim form and documentation to your insurance provider. This is typically done online or through mail, depending on your insurance.

5. Reimbursement: After processing your claim, your insurance company will reimburse you according to your out-of-network benefits. Check your policy for timelines and details on how reimbursement is processed.
